Twitter Hooks lets you get pinged in near real-time at a URL you specify on events related to your Twitter account.
Supported events will include: your updates, your friends' updates, direct messages, and new followers.
However, your updates are the only available event right now.
This is a limited beta since Twitter API limitations only allow us to currently follow 200 users.
